Sacramento is home to a vibrant and supportive community of writers of all stripes. Many venues hold regular readings and workshops, and there is lots of cross-pollination. We support one another! Go to any reading and you’ll encounter other writers and writing fans you know. In addition, the wider Sacramento area is lucky to have several small presses that bring words to the page.
